Rates

RATES:

The registration fee includes access to the conference, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners.
The fee does not include accommodation or the Friday lunch.
Different rates are available depending on whether or not you are a member of AFEM and whether or not you are a student.

EARLY BIRDS rates: from 15 April to 15 July

    Young researcher - AFEM member: €300
    Senior researcher - AFEM member: 400€.
    Young researcher - non AFEM member: €400
    Senior researcher - non AFEM member: €500

Late Registration rates: from 16 July to 30 October 2025

    Young researcher - AFEM member: €350
    Senior researcher - AFEM member: €450
    Young researcher - non AFEM member: €450
    Senior researcher - non AFEM member: €550

 

Young researcher = master / doctoral student / post-doctoral student / ATER / contract worker

Senior researcher = technician / engineer (AI, IE, IR) / teacher-researcher / researcher / non-academic researcher
