Instructions for presentations (in French)

Posters
Posters must be printed in A0 portrait format.
They can be displayed on arrival on Tuesday afternoon/evening or Wednesday morning.
There will be two poster sessions: Wednesday evening and Thursday coffee break. Posters will remain on display throughout the congress.
Authors are requested to be present in front of their poster during the two specific sessions.

Oral presentations
Each presentation will last 12 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
Speakers must hand in their presentation material 30 minutes before the start of the session to the video control room.
For Wednesday morning presentations, you can send us your presentation in pdf format and hand it in on Tuesday evening or Wednesday during breakfast at the video control room.
 
Young researchers will be awarded prizes for the 2 best oral presentations and the 2 best posters at the end of the conference on Friday morning.
